Harboring A Dangerous Dog Conviction

On Aug. 2, 2021, your PA dog attack attorney assisted Northampton County Dog Warden Kathy Andrews in obtaining convictions for 2 PA Dog Law violations. Attorney Thomas J. Newell‘s client had been attacked by a neighbor’s Rottweiler in May of 2021. The young boy sustained serious injuries to his leg.

The Nazareth PA dog owner was charged with violating Section 305 of the PA Dog Law – Failure to Confine. The Rottweiler owner was also cited for a Section 502-A violation – Harboring a Dangerous Dog.
