CLIENT REVIEWS

Dear Tom,

Here are some points regarding my case and the great work that was done by you and your paralegal, Patti:

  • My motor vehicle accident, caused by a negligent driver, occurred in August of 2011.
  • Attorney Newell visited me at my home the evening of the day I called him.
  • Friends and family members advised me not to call an attorney, saying, “those cases take years, you will not recover anything.”
  • I am right-handed and suffered injuries to my right hand. Those injuries required surgery and months of physical therapy.
  • Attorney Newell kept me updated on the progress of my case regularly, when necessary.
  • Because I couldn’t work during this time, a quick resolution of my personal injury claim was necessary and vital.
  • Attorney Newell came to my home with a check, less than 11 months later, at 9:30 p.m. because he knew I needed the money!!!
  • Thomas J. Newell, Esq. understands what accident victims are going through and works to help them obtain a fair settlement quickly.

I would recommend Attorney Thomas J. Newell to anyone who needs legal assistance for a personal injury.

Dear Thomas Newell:

When I first met with you, I knew that you were the person I wanted to represent me with my accident claim. Right from the beginning you were professional, extremely thorough and detailed oriented about what your expectations were of me as your client and what your responsibilities were as my legal counsel. You maintained regular contact with me through phone and email about any updates with my claim. I had complete confidence in you and your ability to resolve my claim in a timely manner and one that would suit me financially. I would highly recommend Thomas Newell.

Dear Attorney Newell,

I want to say THANK YOU for all the hard work you provided due to the automobile accident I was involved in. You took the time to listen to me, gather facts, obtain proper documents and speak with the other party’s insurance company. I would not have had any clue how to go about this if I tried to handle it myself. I am very glad I researched for an attorney and decided to call you. You were able to answer questions that I had and give me the legal advice I needed. The dedicated work and thoroughness you provided to me was appreciated tremendously. I will refer any friends or family that might need the services you offer to you!! Thanks again.

I was very satisfied with the legal services provided by Thomas Newell. When my accident happened I was confused with the process of how everything worked as far as “at fault” was concerned. My focus was on finding a specialist to go to while the specialist’s focus was on having me file a claim with my auto insurance carrier first.

I called Thomas Newell with some general questions and he gladly answered and offered to come out to my house and meet with me and explain things further. This was unanticipated because I had never heard of an attorney making house calls. Considering that I couldn’t drive and had just been through a traumatic experience, the house call was an added bonus. Thomas Newell explained the process thoroughly and I had no doubt that I wanted him representing me. My decision turned out to be a good one. From the moment I signed to the moment I received my settlement checks, I didn’t have to worry about anything besides my recovery.

Every time I had a question, which was often because I am impatient, Thomas Newell or his wonderful assistant was there to answer. I was happy to receive my settlement check prior to my wedding, as promised, and I was thoroughly surprised when I received the second one earlier than anticipated as well. I hope I never need Thomas Newell’s services again but would highly recommend him to anyone who does!

Dear Thomas Newell,

I would like to thank you for handling my auto accident claim so quickly and professionally. It was a great feeling to know everything was being taken care of and I could spend my time just recovering. The settlement was fair, and I couldn’t be happier. I would gladly recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you again.

Attorney Newell,

I want to take the time to thank you so very much for taking and settling my case. I am very pleased with how you handled my car accident and very impressed with your level of professionalism. You explained everything to me from the beginning to end and always kept me informed of what to expect ahead of time.

I highly recommend your expertise to anyone looking for a knowledgeable attorney and I have been spreading the word to my co-workers and friends of how great an attorney you are. If I ever need a personal injury lawyer again, I will be calling YOU for sure. Thank you very much.

I had a car accident and because of my injury I couldn’t work. I own my own business and have a family. I did a lot of research as I didn’t want just any lawyer. I wanted one attorney who would treat me as someone who really mattered and would settle my case quickly – not a huge firm. I contacted Mr. Newell and he came to my house within 2 days. He was professional, bright and intelligent. I felt comfortable right away. He kept me informed every step of the way concerning everything. He was aware of every doctor appointment and test I had.

I couldn’t have been happier with Attorney Newell, his paralegal, Patti and, most important, the amount of the settlement he obtained for me. He settled the case against the other person for the maximum amount within 3 weeks!! Thank you for everything. Anyone in Pike County or the surrounding areas who needs an attorney must contact Attorney Newell – an attorney who works for them!!

Dear Atty. Newell,

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your assistance and support in the aftermath of my motorcycle accident. After dealing with initial trauma, I knew I had to find a savvy, experienced lawyer who specialized in personal injury cases to make sure I was fairly compensated for my injuries. The client reviews and past settlements documented on your website were the primary reason I contacted you to represent me. And let me state that I am extremely pleased with my decision to do so.

From your initial consultation visit at my home, I felt a sense of comfort and security that I was in good hands, and it dramatically reduced my stress level. You kept me well-informed of what was going on with my case, shielded me from the aggravation of dealing with the insurance companies, respectfully sought my opinion when necessary and sternly protected my interests at all times.

I want you to know that I will be highly recommending you to anyone who is in need of a personal injury attorney. There is no doubt in my mind that you are one of the best in the business.

Sincerely,
Tina

I was very pleased with the quality of legal services provided by Thomas Newell. Admittedly, I was not the easiest client for him to have worked with due to my constant travel schedule due to work. However, despite all of these frustrations of my not keeping up with things on my end of the deal, he conducted himself very professionally and efficiently to keep the legal process moving forward to a very satisfying conclusion concerning my motorcycle accident.

Thomas Newell did an excellent job on my behalf and is certainly worthy of my recommendation to future clients in need of superb legal counsel.

Dear Attorney Newell,

My wife and I would like to thank you for all the time and effort you put into reaching a successful conclusion with our case. We really appreciated how well you kept us informed. From the initial home visit to the final settlement, we always knew the status of our case. In addition, you went the extra mile by appearing at court proceedings which were outside of your formal scope of responsibility.

The best part is that we couldn’t be happier with the settlement amount reached – which by the way was much more than we anticipated!

We would highly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves in need of your specialized services. Again, thank you for everything!

My Experience with Attorney Newell:

I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in May 2008. I was lost about what to do after I got out of the hospital and did some research and came across Attorney Newell’s website. I contacted him and he came to my house for a consultation. I hired him and he took care of all my paperwork and all I had to do was see my doctors and get better. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to help me out and get me the best settlement possible. I would recommend him to everyone and would like to thank him for his hard work.

Dear Attorney Newell,

I just want to say thank you so much for all the work that you have done for me. You made by life easier with your hard work and dedication to my case.

You promptly called me when there were any changes to my case. You understood how overwhelmed I was after the car accident, therefore, you came to my house instead of me going to you. That was very special. I never had any lawyer work as hard as you did. You answered my call whenever I needed you, even if it was your day off. You really made me feel like a friend rather than a client. I appreciate all your help. I can’t thank you enough.

Sincerely,

Attorney Newell,

As the parents of a six year-old little boy who suffered an unprovoked, vicious dog attack by a family member’s Rottweiler, we can tell you how heartbreaking and tragic this experience was. Although we will never get over the emotional and physical trauma of this experience, we sought compensation for our son’s injuries by contacting Attorney Thomas Newell.

While his reputation and expertise in this particular area of the law was extremely impressive, it was his professionalism, sensitivity and sincerity we respected the most. He worked tirelessly on our son’s case and, in the end, settled with an insurance company for an amount that exceeded even his own expectations.

We always knew you were very busy handling similar cases in many different counties, but thank you, Thomas for always making us feel as if our son’s case was your only one.

Dear Attorney Newell,

I would like to thank you for all your help in getting me my settlement for my car accident. Everything went very smoothly and I didn’t have to stress at all. If it wasn’t for having you I would not have gotten justice in this case and my settlement would not have been justified with my injuries.

I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs a car accident lawyer with no problem. Please send me some business cards to hand out to those who need your help. Thanks again for all the help and advice.

I was in motorcycle accident on June 10, 2010 and contacted Thomas Newell on June 17th. A vehicle had pulled out in front of my motorcycle resulting in a t-bone crash at 40 mph. I was admitted to the hospital with multiple broken toes and a large contusion on my lower back. I ultimately underwent two surgeries – an orchiectomy and an ACL repair.

Attorney Newell went above and beyond what I had expected of him. He made multiple house calls so that I could sign legal documents, including the initial consultation to hire him. He worked diligently and kept me informed on any changes in my case. He was able to obtain the policy limit of the insurance company in just 2 months! Not only did he do that, but even though the case was closed, he helped me with my medical insurance company – saving me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Attorney Thomas Newell.

I was very impressed with the knowledge this attorney had with the laws involving and pertaining to my motorcycle accident. Although my fully customized “99” Harley was totaled, I realized that not everyone cares about replacing a man’s pride and joy, even when the Defendant is found to be 100% at fault.

I would highly recommend using his law firm if you would like to have an attorney with just as much, if not more, attitude than my bike had. I also feel that not only have I hired one a kick*** attorney, I have made a new friend that I can count on to be there for me when I need him.

I just love the way he explains to the parties invovled exactly the way that PA law is written concerning motorcycles and what will stand up in court. Thank you.

Tom is one of the best lawyers I know. He makes you feel at ease from day one, like an old friend. From the time he took on my case all I had to do is sit back and relax. He took care of everything — right down to the smallest detail. I am convinced that nobody works harder for his clients.

He is not like other lawyers who I have known. When they took a case you never hear from them. Not so with Tom. He keeps you updated and informed throughout the process. He also makes himself available to you should you have any questions or concerns. If, in the future I would need a lawyer again, I would not hesitate to call him. He really fights for his clients and he will see to it you get what you deserve.
