Monroe County Dog Bite Victim Calls Attorney Newell

On March 8, 2015, your PA dog attack attorney received a telephone call from a family whose 6 year son was attacked by a neighbor’s dog. This dog had allegedly bitten 4 people in the past. Unfortunately, it appears that no one had reported the negligent dog owner to the Monroe County Dog Warden.
