On April 19, 2014, a Carbon County dog attack victim retained the legal services of Attorney Thomas J. Newell. The teenager was skateboarding in Albrightsville, PA when an unleashed & unrestrained pit bull escaped from its owner and bit him. The young man suffered dog bite wounds to his arms, back and right thigh.
The Carbon County dog bite victim was treated at Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital in Lehighton, PA. He was given a tetanus shot and around a dozen stitches were used to close the dog bite wounds. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the dog attack. Attorney Newell is hopeful that PA Dog Law charges will be filed versus the negligent dog owner.
