Maltipoo Mauled by Unleashed Dog

On May 6, 2014, the owner of a Maltipoo contacted Attorney Newell regarding a dog attack which took place last May. The woman had her small dog leashed and was walking it near her home. A neighbor’s unleashed pit bull came running toward them and attacked her Maltipoo.

The dog was rushed to a vet hospital where surgery was performed. The veterinary expenses totaled nearly $8,000.00. The pit bull owner paid around $2,500.00 toward those expenses. Monroe County Dog Bite Victim Retains Attorney Newell
