On 4/7/14, Attorney Newell was hired by a Bucks County dog attack victim. She was walking her Boston Terrier on a leash near her Lahaska, PA home. Suddenly, her neighbor’s pit bull came running over and attacked her small dog as they were standing on the sidewalk. The pit bull was unleashed and its owner did nothing to stop the unprovoked attack. Fortunately, a Good Samaritan immediately came to her rescue and pulled the pit bull away.
