On May 19, 2014, Attorney Thomas J. Newell spoke with a man whose rat terrier was mauled to death by 2 unrestrained and unsupervised pit bulls. The owner immediately rushed his small dog to a local veterinary hospital. The terrier’s injuries were so severe that the vet could not save him. Hopefully, the Lansdale Police Department will file PA Dog Law charges versus the negligent pit bull owner.
