A June 11, 2014 article from statecollege.com reported on an unprovoked dog attack in State College, PA. An unleashed mixed breed dog ran into someone’s home on Ridge Avenue attacking both the homeowner and his dog. The Centre County PA dog bite victim was bitten on the hand. Police will charge the negligent dog owner with numerous violations of the PA Dog Law.
