On 1/7/14, a Lackawanna County dog bite victim contacted Attorney Thomas J. Newell to obtain a 2nd opinion on her dog bite claim. She was bitten by a friend’s pit bull mix in the fall of 2010. The woman hired a large Scranton PA law firm that filed a lawsuit in the summer of 2011. 2-1/2 years later, little if any progress had been made on the case and the PA dog attack victim was greatly disappointed with the lack of personal service and inactivity by her lawyers.
