On 2/8/17, the Allentown dog bite lawyer obtained documents via a “Right-to-Know” request that a negligent pit bull mix owner has been charged with two crimes. They are: “Failing to Confine” and “Failure to Vaccinate Against Rabies.”
Lehigh County Dog Warden Orlando Aguirre has filed citations with Magisterial District Judge Michael D’Amore as the result of an unprovoked dog attack on 12/14/16. Attorney Newell represents an Allentown woman who was attacked by this unleashed and unsupervised pit bull mix dog.
