On Dec. 14, 2016, the Allentown dog bite lawyer received a phone call from the daughter of an elderly woman attacked by a pit bull mix in Allentown Pennsylvania. The woman had been walking her son’s dog on a leash in a public alleyway when an unleashed pit bull attacked them.
When the pit bull owner’s son came over to retrieve their dog, he said “This is not the first time he ever bit anyone.” The woman was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital to treat the pit bull attack wounds. She was given a tetanus shot, as well as antibiotic medication. The lawyer for dog bites in Allentown PA hopes the Allentown Animal Control Office will pursue PA Dog Law charges versus the negligent pit bull owner.
