On Saturday May 11, 2013, Attorney Newell travelled to Northumberland County PA and met with a dog bite victim who had been attacked by a neighbor’s German Shepherd. Attorney Newell surveyed the scene of the dog attack and after reviewing all the facts, agreed to accept the case.
The German Shepherd had previously attacked her 2 West Highland White Terriers. On March 20th, the vicious dog was unleashed and unsupervised. The Northumberland County dog attack victim was bitten on the left hand as she tried to save her little dog.
