On 8/28/17, the Bensalem dog bite attorney gave a free consultation to a Bucks County man after a dog on dog attack in Bensalem PA. The unprovoked animal attack took place on 8/26/17 when a mixed breed dog got loose from its owner and attacked another dog on its property. The dog owner had his pet on a leash but apparently he did not have a firm grip on the leash and lost control of his canine.
The injured dog was treated at a Bucks County Pennsylvania veterinarian’s office. Bensalem Animal Control is investigating. PA Dog Law charges are expected to be filed versus the negligent dog owner.
