On 8/17/21, the lawyer for dog attacks in Bucks County Pennsylvania received a call from a Bucks County personal injury attorney. The lawyer had come to a dead-end in investigating a dog bite claim for his client. He requested that Attorney Thomas J. Newell use his expertise to see what else could be done for the Philadelphia dog bite victim.
