On 5/11/20, the Chester County dog attack lawyer filed a 36 page Amended Complaint with the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in West Chester, PA. Attorney Thomas J. Newell alleged in his legal document that a West Chester resident sustained severe injuries as the result of an unprovoked dog attack which took place on December 7, 2017. A neighbor’s unleashed, unmuzzled and unsupervised boxer mix left its property, pursued and attacked the victim and her 2 small Yorkshire Terriers.
The attorney for dog bite attacks in West Chester Pennsylvania alleged that the Defendants violated the PA Dog Law by failing to confine their boxer mix and by harboring a dangerous dog. Thomas J.
