On Wednesday, July 21, 2021, the attorney for dog attacks in Harrisburg PA received a telephone call from a woman who had been bitten earlier in the day by an unleashed, unrestrained and unmuzzled pit bull. The Dauphin County resident was standing on a neighbor’s porch conversing with the woman. Suddenly, the Defendants’ children negligently opened the front door allowing their pit bull to run out of their residence.
The Harrisburg dog attack victim couldn’t escape this aggressive pit bull. She was bitten on her stomach and right side. Medical treatment was provided at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. She enduring 4 painful rabies injections. Attorney Thomas J. Newell advised her to fully cooperate with the local Animal Control Officer.
