On 6/8/18, the Delaware County dog attack lawyer received a telephone call from a woman after a dog attack in Upper Darby PA the previous day. The woman and her son were outside their home enjoying a beautiful day when an unleashed large black dog attacked both of them, knocking them down onto the concrete sidewalk.
Both victims received treatment at a local hospital. Follow-up medical care is planned with their family doctor. The Upper Darby Police are investigating this unprovoked dog attack. Hopefully, PA Dog Law charges will be filed versus the negligent dog owner.
