On 4/19/14, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was hired by an 18 year old Carbon County dog bite victim. He had been skateboarding in his Carbon County development when an unleashed and unrestrained pit bull ran off its property and attacked him. The Carbon County resident was bitten on both arms, his back and his right leg. Hopefully, PA Dog Law charges will be filed vs. this negligent dog owner.
