On October 1, 2013, justice was served when a $75,000.00 settlement for a 4 year old dog attack victim was approved by a Chester County Court of Common Pleas judge. The little girl was attacked by her aunt’s Labrador Retrievers. The defendant’s homeowners insurance company failed to make a serious settlement offer, so Attorney Thomas J. Newell filed a lawsuit vs. the negligent defendant. Eight months later, they relented and agreed to make the $75,000.00 payout.
