On March 10, 2014, a woman was walking her dog on North Penn Street in York, PA when both of them were attacked by a pit bull. According to the York Daily Record, an unknown man grabbed the pit bull, put it in his car & fled the scene of the PA dog attack. Anyone who knows the identity of the pit bull owner is asked to call York City Police @ 717-846-1234.
