On 3/26/15, Randy Miller of The Express Times wrote an account of a March 22nd attack upon a collie mixed breed at an Easton dog park by 4 unrestrained dogs. The victim’s owner described the attacking dogs as pit bulls. Their owners fled the scene of the unprovoked attack without apologizing or identifying themselves!
