On 5/19/17, your attorney for dog bites in Lancaster County PA was hired by a Denver Pennsylvania woman. Earlier in May, she was walking her Yorkshire Terrier on a leash near her residence. A neighbor’s pit bull mix was unleashed. This aggressive dog left its property and pursued the woman and her dog. The pit bull mix bit her on the abdomen multiple times.
The dog bite victim received medical treatment at Lancaster General Health Urgent Care. It appears that the PA Dog Warden will be charging the pit bull owner with violating the PA Dog Law. Attorney Thomas J. Newell will aggressively pursue this claim.
