On 1/19/21, the Lancaster County dog attack attorney filed a Right-to-Know Request with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture after a December 13, 2020 dog attack in Lancaster Pa (17601). Attorney Thomas J. Newell demanded any and all records PA had on file concerning a pit bull that had attached his client at the SPCA of Lancaster County. The Jan. 22, 2021 response from the PA Open Records Officer stated that they did not have any documents on filed regarding attacks by said pit bull.
