On 10/1/19, the attorney for dog bite attacks in Bethlehem PA received a response from the PA Department of Agriculture regarding his Right-to-Know Request after a 6/11/19 pit bull attack. Thomas J. Newell’s client was walking his black lab on a leash in a public alley when they both were attacked by 2 vicious pit bulls.
The Lehigh County, Pennsylvania resident’s dog bite wounds became infected requiring him to be hospitalized. He received stitches and underwent 6 anti-rabies injections.
