On 10/4/17, your attorney for dog attacks in the Lehigh Valley PA attended a District Justice Hearing outside of Bethlehem Pennsylvania. The defendant pit bull owners were found guilty of violating Section 502-A of the PA Dog Law – “Harboring a Dangerous Dog.” Testimony was given by 3 women attacked and bitten by the pit bull.
Also testifying for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was Kathy Andrews, Northampton County Dog Warden. The defendants, thru their lawyer, informed the District Justice that they intended to appeal the matter to the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.
