On 12/14/18, your Monroe County dog bite attorney gave a free consultation to a woman whose dog was mauled to death on 12/12/18. A neighbor’s pack of 3 unleashed pit bulls came onto her property in Effort PA. The woman’s mixed breed dog didn’t have a chance to fend off the vicious pit bulls.
