On 3/19/20, the Montgomery County PA dog bite attorney provided a free consultation after an unprovoked dog attack in Limerick Pennsylvania. A man was walking his mixed breed dog when several unleashed and unmuzzled aggressive dogs attacked both of them.
The family dog was bitten multiple times requiring an overnight stay at a local vet’s office. The gentleman’s hand and leg were bitten. Unfortunately, the negligent dog owner’s dogs were not up-to-date with their shots. He, therefore, had to undergo the series of painful rabies injections. Hopefully, the Montco Dog Warden will file PA Dog Law charges.
