On April 10, 2014, the parents of an 8 year old dog attack victim from West Virginia hired a local law firm, as well as Attorney Thomas J. Newell. On 3/31/14, their son was mauled by a neighbor’s unrestrained pit bull. A former client of Attorney Newell’s had referred the case to him.
