On July 19, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was hired by an Easton PA dog attack victim. The gentleman had been performing some home remodeling in Northampton PA when the vicious German Shepherd bit him in the face. The dog had previously bitten the victim’s right hand and had tried to attack another man eleven days earlier. Medical care was provided at St. Luke’s Hospital.
