On July 26, 2014, PA dog bite lawyer, Thomas J. Newell received a telephone call from a man who was attacked by a pit bull in Philadelphia. He had arrived at the home to perform emergency electrical service. The resident was walking up the street with some dogs she was pet sitting. The pit bull broke loose, knocked the man to the ground and he was bitten multiple times in the ribs.
