On August 19th, a Bucks County man contacted Attorney Thomas J. Newell to review his legal options after he was pursued and attacked by an unrestrained pit bull on 8/14/13. The defendants’ 3 dogs – a pit bull, a mixed breed dog and a German Shepherd were running loose off their property. The pit bull ran after the Bucks County dog attack victim as he was working near his fence. Buckingham Township Police are currently heading the investigation.
