On 4/10/13 Thomas J. Newell, Esquire filed a lawsuit for an Adams County pit bull attack victim who suffered serious facial injuries after being attacked by her neighbor’s pit bull in the spring of 2011. Her nose was partially amputated. Attempts by surgeons at Meritus Medical Center to save her nose were unsuccessful despite 23 treatment in a hyperbaric chamber.
