On September 9, 2013, Attorney Newell reviewed the legal options of residents of a mobile home park in Hanover Township who are being terrorized by a rude and irresponsible pit bull owner. As per Attorney Newell, the residents spoke with the Luzerne County Dog Warden, Jim Spencer. The owner of Sans Souci Park has given written notice to the pit bull owner to remove his pit bull from the premises by 9/16/13.
