On April 30, 2013, a $38,500.00 legal settlement was approved by Judge C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr. of the Bucks County Orphans’ Court. A 10 year-old girl witnessed her 4 year-old brother being attacked by their uncle’s rottweiler. The victims had been attending a family party in Levittown PA when the unprovoked dog attack took place. The girl dealt with mental health issues and was treated by several experts over the next 2 years. Judge John Rufe successfully mediated the case between Attorneys Newell and Brown.
