On 4/13/14, Attorney Newell was retained by the parents of a 2 year-old boy who was bitten in the face by his aunt’s black lab on 12/25/13. The Chester County dog attack victim underwent facial surgery at AI Dupont Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, DE. It is too early to tell at this time whether the child will be left with permanent facial scars.
