On July 28, 2014, Attorney Newell received a call from a Lehigh Valley dog bite victim. On 7/25/14, the man had gone to a customer’s home to treat the homeowner’s lawn. After approximately 20 minutes had elapsed, the homeowner unbelievably chose to open her patio door. 6 unleashed dogs ran out and pursued the workers, chasing them all over the backyard. The PA dog attack victim was bitten on the shin. All of the dogs are under a 10 day quarantine.
