On Sept. 4, 2014, Attorney Newell received a call from a man who was attacked by his neighbor’s bulldog. The dog was not leashed/restrained and ran onto the Luzerne County dog bite victim’s property. The dog bite wound to his calf was treated at a local hospital and he was given a tetanus shot.
