On Nov. 14, 2014, Monroe County PA dog bite lawyer, Thomas J. Newell, gave a free consultation to a Poconos dog attack victim. He was walking in Saw Creek Estates when an unleashed pit bull attacked him from behind. The Monroe County resident was bitten in the buttocks. Fortunately, the pit bull was up-to-date with its rabies vaccine injections. Police are contemplating filing PA Dog Law violation charges.
