On July 30, 2013, a Philadelphia based USPS postal mail carrier was delivering mail when a bulldog/mixed breed dog ran out of its house and began an unprovoked attack on the innocent victim. She tried to defend herself, but even the dog’s owner couldn’t immediately stop the attack – as the dog even went after him!
