On 3/12/14, a Lehigh Valley pit bull owner was cited for failing to confine his pit bull. As reported in Allentown’s Morning Call newspaper, the pit bull was neither confined nor on a leash when it attacked a neighbor’s greyhound. The greyhound’s dog bite wounds were treated by a local veterinarian.
