On Dec. 12, 2013, a Chambersburg PA pit bull attack victim spoke with Attorney Newell regarding a recent pit bull attack which left him with a small scar on his left arm. He was walking on a sidewalk when a woman with a pit bull passed by him. Although the pit bull was secured with a leash & collar, it lunged at the PA dog bite victim without any warning. He instinctively put up his left arm to protect his face. Fortunately, the dog bite wound was not serious as the victim didn’t need surgery or stitches.
