On Aug. 6, 2013, a rottweiler jumped up over a fence in Norristown PA and snatched a shih tzu right out of the arms of its owner as she was walking on the sidewalk adjacent to the home of the rottweiler’s owner. The small dog was mauled by the vicious rottweiler and required numerous surgeries. The vet bill is approaching $10,000.00. Hopefully, Norristown Police will file multiple PA Dog Law charges.
