On March 19, 2015, an unleashed pit bull attacked a woman and her mini dachshund in McKeesport, PA. According to newsinpenn.com, the elderly woman was knocked down by the pit bull before it attacked her small dog. Hopefully, PA Dog Law charges will be filed vs. the reckless dog owner who allowed his pit bull to run loose in the streets of McKeesport.
