On July 1, 2014, Attorney Newell provided a free consultation to a Carbon County PA dog attack victim. A woman brought her Yorkie Terrier into a Lowe’s in the Poconos and placed the dog in a shopping cart. As she was pushing the cart down an aisle, the terrier jumped up and bit a man on the arm. The dog was not licensed and was not up to date with its rabies shots. Police continue to investigate.
