A Jan. 19, 2015 article from the York Dispatch described how a York City dog attack victim ultimately had to shoot at an unleashed pit bull to stop a vicious dog attack. The York resident sustained dog bite wounds to his right elbow and torso. Hopefully, PA Dog Law charges of failure to confine and harboring a dangerous dog will be filed vs. the negligent pit bull owner.
