On 9/8/16, a woman decided to hire your York County dog bite attorney after being attacked by a pit bull in Hanover PA. The dog owner sold her dishwasher to an Adams County resident who arrived in the City of Hanover at the agreed upon date and time.
Initially, the pit bull owner kept her dog locked up as the victim and her boyfriend began to remove the appliance from the residence. Inexplicably, the dog owner took her pit bull out and walked it directly next to the visitors as they were trying to place the dishwasher into their vehicle. The pit bull jumped up and launched an unprovoked attack which resulted in dog bite wounds to the woman’s leg.
