On April 29, 2013, an Allentown PA dog owner was convicted of PA Dog Law violations by District Justice Karen Devine. The defendant’s Scottie Terrier had bit 5 other people before it attacked a Whitehall PA resident on February 16, 2013. The Lehigh Valley dog attack victim received a facial wound that required 7 stitches to close. Lehigh County Dog Warden, Orlando Aguirre, prosecuted the case which resulted in a conviction for harboring a dangerous dog.
