On May 1, 2013, an Allentown PA dog bite victim contacted Attorney Thomas J. Newell for a second opinion. She was bitten on 2/22/13 in a church parking lot. The defendant dog owner had his canine on a retractable leash, but did not have the dog under control. The Lehigh County dog attack victim received medical care at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Another attorney declined to accept her case. Attorney Newell is currently investigating this dog bite claim.
