On October 10, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was hired by a Berks County dog attack victim. The woman was with her children at the bus stop when a neighbor’s unleashed German Shepherd came charging after them. The vicious dog bit her right arm and hand. Physicians at St. Joseph’s Medical Hospital closed some of the dog bite wounds with 7 stitches.
