On 2/15/14, Thomas J. Newell, Esquire received a telephone call from a woman who had been bitten by a chow in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. She was an invited guest at a dinner party when the homeowners’ chow snuck up on her from behind and attacked her. The wounds were treated at a local hospital and later examined by a plastic surgeon.
